Job Description:
A company is looking for a CTP Claims Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and support a team of claims examiners for timely and
accurate claims processing
Manage complex or high-value claims and resolve disputes through
investigation
Facilitate training sessions and maintain claims processes and
guideline materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
6 years of relevant experience in CTP claims processing
Broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in claims
processing
Knowledge of industry changes and legal updates related to
claims
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
