A company is looking for a Head of Data Strategy, Transformation
and Governance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive data transformation initiatives and establish data governance
frameworks
Lead the development and execution of the company's data strategy
in alignment with business objectives
Build and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or
a related field; master's degree preferred
10+ years of operations or project management experience
Experience managing data & analytics teams preferred
Proven track record of managing large-scale data and analytics
transformation
Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and
advanced analytics
