Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Excellence Specialist to
manage customer orders and inquiries while ensuring high levels of
service.
Key Responsibilities
Process wholesale orders and manage customer inquiries across
various platforms
Provide support to Health Food Store retailers and execute
promotional programs
Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with teams to enhance
service processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, with relevant experience preferred
One to three years of customer service experience, ideally in a
call center
Proficiency in computer software applications, including word
processing and spreadsheets
Ability to interpret documents and perform basic calculations
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
