Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Resolution Specialist
to provide excellent customer service and support to patients and
providers.
Key Responsibilities
Support branches by reviewing patient accounts and obtaining
necessary documentation for billing
Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients
to drive account resolution
Evaluate documentation for compliance and perform follow-ups to
achieve timely reimbursement
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance
industry
Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project,
Visio, and Word
Ability to understand and interpret spreadsheet data
Must reside and work within the United States
