Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering - SaaS
Platform & Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement an architectural strategy for the SaaS
platform, focusing on scalability and reliability
Drive the development and optimization of the data platform using
Databricks and ensure data integrity
Lead and mentor a team of engineers while managing external
resources and overseeing QA efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's
preferred)
Proven experience as an Engineering Leader in a SaaS
environment
Strong architectural skills with a focus on system consolidation
and scalability
Extensive experience with Databricks and API design and
development
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Ruby,
JavaScript, Python, and SQL
