IT Application Support Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Analyst, IT Application Portfolio (Qgenda Experience Preferred).
Key Responsibilities

Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution
Troubleshoot application issues and monitor application performance
Validate application functionality and develop test plans for new implementations and upgrades

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
2 years of Information Technology experience
Experience in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with ticket management/service desk systems, preferably ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of database structures and queries
