Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to provide legal
guidance across corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance,
compliance, risk mitigation, and business operations
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including SaaS and
vendor agreements
Identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring compliance with
applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school with active membership in at
least one U.S. state bar
Minimum of 8-12 years of legal experience in a technology-driven
company and top-tier law firm
Proven experience in tech transactions, corporate governance,
compliance, and privacy
Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and provide
pragmatic advice
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and collaborate
with diverse teams
