As a BCBA, your expertise will help design and oversee impactful intervention programs while fostering collaboration with families and staff.

Position Details: We're seeking a skilled BCBA to join us in creating meaningful outcomes for children. This role includes conducting assessments, supervising team members, and guiding families through the treatment process to ensure success across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

--- Develop functional assessments and tailor behavior plans to each client.

--- Train and supervise technicians to implement interventions effectively.

--- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

--- Track client progress through data collection and analysis.

--- Provide direct services when necessary, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications:

--- BCBA certification in good standing.

--- Master's degree in ABA or a related field.

--- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
