Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of triage for medication access, adherence,
and affordability needs
Assist in maintaining market-specific medication formularies and
provide ongoing education to care teams
Proactively screen for member eligibility and facilitate initial
pharmacist consult visits
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree
Pharmacy Technician Certificate from PTCB
Minimum 6 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail
and/or outpatient settings
Experience with EHR, G Suite, and other relevant software
Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes, and pharmacy
insurance prior authorization processes
