Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Manager to optimize
staffing and enhance operational efficiency within support
teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workforce scheduling and staffing optimization for BPO and
internal teams
Provide guidance to team managers on leveraging workforce
management tools effectively
Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and address staffing
issues proactively
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in workforce management within a customer
support or BPO environment
Expertise with workforce management software, preferably Zendesk
WFM
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide
actionable insights
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with diverse
stakeholders
Experience in forecasting, scheduling, and reporting in a
high-volume customer support environment
