Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Growth to lead payer partnership
development and expand relationships with health plans and
risk-bearing entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a pipeline for identifying and engaging new
payer partners
Drive business development efforts from initial conversations to
contract execution
Engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders at health
plans and provider groups
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in payer sales, business development, or
network contracting
Strong understanding of health plan decision-making and risk-based
agreements
Ability to engage C-suite and senior-level stakeholders
effectively
Experience in negotiating value-based agreements and shared savings
models
Proven track record of managing multiple prospects and driving
deals to closure
