Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Manager
responsible for designing and delivering onboarding and training
programs for new inside advertising sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs
for new inside advertising sales hires
Conduct training sessions covering the advertising industry, sales
techniques, product knowledge, and systems
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and maintain
up-to-date training materials
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in sales training or onboarding, preferably in
the media or advertising industry
Strong understanding of inside advertising sales roles and
requirements
Experience using training software and tools
A passion for teaching and helping others succeed
