Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and
Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Sales Operating Plan and manage ongoing adjustments in
alignment with business objectives
Drive regular business reviews, providing insights and performance
analysis for Sales leadership
Develop and maintain the Sales forecast, collaborating with Sales
leaders and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Planning, Business
Operations, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to develop
forecasting models
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce; familiarity with BI
tools is preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective
cross-team collaboration
Proven critical thinking and analytical abilities to address
complex challenges
