A company is looking for a bilingual Spanish Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to
members and providers
Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility,
claims, and account updates
Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer concerns
efficiently
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Residence in the state of Florida
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare,
insurance, or call center environments
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience preferred
