Job Description:

A company is looking for a Post-Sales Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage technical integration projects and troubleshoot onboarding challenges
Collaborate with customers to design AI-driven solutions through advanced prompt engineering
Develop comprehensive onboarding materials and user-friendly technical guides

Required Qualifications

2+ years in a technical role such as Customer Success Engineer or Pre/Post-Sales Engineer
Expertise in API integrations and SSO systems
Experience with generative AI customization and advanced prompt engineering
Proven ability to document systems and streamline processes
Exceptional skills in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
