Job Description:
A company is looking for a Japan Distribution Sales Lead to
drive growth and excellence in partnership-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team focused on "sell-through" and "sell-with" strategies
with partners in Japan
Own quarterly revenue responsibility and lead complex commercial
discussions with partner executives
Foster a high-performing sales culture and guide team members in
developing annual account plans
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in channel partner and distribution
business development
3+ years of people management experience in a sales environment
Proven track record in building successful multi-product SaaS
channel sales teams
Fluent in Japanese and advanced level in English
Entrepreneurial mindset towards building strategic partnerships
