Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in a team-based
selling model.
- Ensure timely product delivery and troubleshoot any
order-related issues.
- Collect accounts receivable and work with the credit
department.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market
intelligence and networking.
- Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and
competitor activity. Requirements:
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice
industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate new
business.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation
skills.
- Competitive and results-driven mentality. Physical
Requirements:
- Standing, walking, and driving frequently.
- Lifting and carrying products of various weights.
- Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and grasping
objects.
- Frequent manual dexterity and object manipulation.
Compensation: The expected base rate for this role is between
$50,000.00 and $95,000.00, with additional incentive compensation
and comprehensive benefits.
