Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Analyst II -
IDR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end IDR process, ensuring compliance with
regulatory timelines and requirements
Track arbitration ruling outcomes and coordinate CMS withdrawal
requests or complaints as needed
Conduct legal and regulatory research related to NSA, providing
actionable insights and maintaining reports on IDR activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare,
Political Science/Pre-Law, MA/JD, or related field, or equivalent
experience
2+ years of regulatory experience, including policy analysis and/or
product filings
Experience in commercial health insurance is preferred
Experience overseeing the end-to-end Independent Dispute Resolution
(IDR) process is preferred
AMISYS and SQL experience is preferred
