Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Application Support Analyst -
Remote (Part time).
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support medium-to-large scale projects while
collaborating with technical and functional teams
Triage and resolve issues as part of the Application Support
team
Work with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve internal
applications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or
equivalent education
Experience in providing technical application support for web
applications
3+ years of SQL development experience
Proficiency in ETL using SQL Server Integration Services and
SSRS/SSIS package development
Experience with Single Sign On (SSO) functionality using SAML
