Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant
responsible for ensuring customer success with their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Own project planning and implementation for new customers,
facilitating software setup and feature enablement
Conduct sessions to gather requirements, lead pain point discovery,
and identify process improvements
Create training materials and optimize software configurations to
enhance customer experience and adoption
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in business consulting, business
transformation, or implementation at a consultancy or B2B SaaS
company
Strong consultative and advisory skills, with a proven ability to
make persuasive recommendations
Experience in deploying and launching software solutions focused on
time-to-value adoption
Strong project management skills with the ability to hold customers
accountable for deliverables
Familiarity with Procurement as a business function is a plus
