A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Debt
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Contact warm leads daily using an outbound auto-dialer and follow a
consultative selling approach
Complete applications, pull credit, and collaborate with
underwriting teams for a smooth enrollment process
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and maintain high customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
1 year or more of successful call center sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience making outbound calls to warm leads
Strong understanding of a consultative sales process with a track
record of exceeding sales goals
Ability to manage schedules and lead databases effectively to meet
metrics and goals
