Note:This role is on hybrid basis, 2 days onsite and 3 days remoteResponsibilities:Support Union Payroll Team for weekly and monthly Union Dues and Union employer contributions payments; Also, reporting for numerous different unions with strict deadlines.Provide unions with supporting documents for weekly and monthly payments.Review employee union dues withholding, 401k, and Flexible Spending elections on timely basis as received from the Unions or Divisional Operations teams.Support data verification and troubleshoot errors of payroll earnings and dues for Union employees and employer contributions.Research and complete external Union or Union Pension/Health Plan requests for employee information or verification of payments processed.Reconcile weekly Union Interface files sent to completed Union payments processed.Support weekly/monthly reporting requests for Division Accounting Departments.Monthly reconciliation of Union payroll balance sheet accounts.Support Union audit data requests for Pension, Health or 401k employer contributions.Support calculation of adjustments for union-related deductions and contributions on ad hoc basis.Special projects as assignedRequirements - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Familiar with SAP EC Payroll desired, or with a large-scale ERP desiredAt least one-two years experienceExperience in interpreting payroll results desired;Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical skillsMust be proficient with advanced Excel formulas and pivot tables;Comfort with working in Zoom, Teams and ability to train or review work in themAbility to maintain strict confidentialityStrong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; Proactive with excellent follow-up skillsAbility to multi-task and work well under deadlinesAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
