Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Project Support Specialist for a contract position in Clifton, NJ. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is scheduling for the Environmental Projects and Services group. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capabilities. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry experience.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Schedule and coordinate logistics for field personnel, environmental coordinators, and suppliers.
Provide administrative and customer service support for a team of 60+ employees.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure efficient workflow.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
Excellent customer interaction skills for conflict resolution.
High school diploma or higher.


Preferred:

Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or logistics coordination.
Previous experience in the utility, construction, or environmental industries.
Ability to adapt to various responsibilities and collaborate within a team.
Confidence in communicating with field personnel and stakeholders.
