A company is looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to manage
and develop a team focused on exceptional customer

Key Responsibilities
Create a high-performance environment for team members
Analyze call center reports and manage resources to meet team
KPIs
Coach direct reports and onboard new staff to ensure success
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, with team leadership
preferred
Experience in a SaaS company is preferred but not required
Able to manage a remote team of 10-15 employees
Advanced analytical and coaching skills
Postgraduate education is preferred but not required
