REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years experience working in social media marketing and/or at a marketing agency is required. Familiarity with investment management topics and knowledge of financial advisory marketplace a plus.
--- Avid social media user with keen interest in social media marketing and trends; familiarity with building and managing campaigns on the following social media platforms: Meta, Reddit, YouTube (DV360), TikTok.
--- Must be detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
--- Comfortable leading strategy and reporting meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
--- Excellent social-first copywriting skills required. Must be willing to complete a strategy and copywriting exercise.
--- Hands-on experience creating/editing social media copy and creative and experience working with web/graphic designers and other creative professionals required.
--- Experience planning and implementing an influencer marketing strategy preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Social Strategist will assist in the development and management of cross-platform social media strategies targeting active retail investors. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: contributing to campaign strategy development, leading execution and project management, writing post copy and ideating post creative, liaising with multiple agency partners for paid, organic, and influencer media efforts, and working with traffic and compliance teams to ensure on-time delivery of assets.
