Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pre Registration Specialist to
perform patient registration and insurance verification tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient
relationships
Perform registration and basic insurance verification for proper
patient identification and billing
Educate patients on insurance issues and secure payment of
financial liabilities
Required Qualifications
Two years in a professional, customer service-driven environment
preferred
Telephone/call center experience
Pre-registration and/or scheduling experience preferred
Ability to work in a production-driven call center environment
Computer/tech savvy with experience navigating multiple systems
simultaneously
