team with an experienced Superintendent to help manage and oversee
the successful execution of their field operations. About the
Position: The Superintendent is responsible for managing the
day-to-day field operations of construction projects, ensuring that
all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest
quality standards. The role involves overseeing all on-site
logistics, safety protocols, quality control measures, scheduling,
and budget analysis. The Superintendent will be the key person
driving the successful completion of a project by managing field
personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, while maintaining
positive relationships with owners, architects, and engineers. Key
Responsibilities: Direct and manage on-site logistics, ensuring
that construction work progresses in accordance with the project
schedule and budget. Oversee safety programs, quality control, and
compliance with company and regulatory standards. Interpret project
plans, specifications, and other documents to ensure project
requirements are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor
work progress and ensure project milestones are being achieved.
Manage subcontractors, field personnel, and suppliers, ensuring
their work aligns with project goals. Maintain open lines of
communication with owners, architects, engineers, and other
stakeholders to ensure project success. Develop and manage punch
lists and assist in project closeout activities. Address any issues
or problems that may arise, making necessary adjustments to
maintain project timelines and quality standards. Requirements: 5
years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction
industry, with a preference for General Contracting experience.
Proven ability to manage and instruct field personnel,
subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality work and meeting
project deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to
translate company goals into actionable steps. Proven track record
of completing projects on schedule, within budget, and to required
quality standards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability
to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders. High School
Diploma or GED. Bachelor---s Degree (Preferably Construction or
Civil Engineering Disciplines). Relevant work experience in the
Superintendent---s Position is an acceptable substitute for College
