A company is looking for a Real Estate Lease Payment
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Review landlord invoices and statements for accuracy across a
portfolio of leased properties
Resolve landlord payment discrepancies and communicate with
relevant business owners
Summarize rent-related payments for timely processing by Accounts
Payable
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Management
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably with
corporate leasing/rent payments
Good understanding of financial accounting and general ledger
principles
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment
