Job Description:
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist in
the Automotive & Retail sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide quality telephone support and troubleshoot equipment
issues
Document customer problems and escalate unresolved issues
Sell and deliver consulting services while generating revenue from
support agreements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
Industry knowledge and experience in driving revenue from
value-added services
Ability to troubleshoot and configure hardware and software,
including Windows OS
Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Flexibility to work in CDT timezone, with occasional coverage in
EDT or PST timezones
