Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Lead to optimize
core people processes and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of People Operations, including onboarding,
policy creation, compliance, and system management
Develop and update People policies and track key People metrics for
informed decision-making
Lead critical People Operations projects to enhance operational
efficiency and employee experience
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of HR or People Operations experience, preferably in a
startup or high-growth environment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Technical experience with Dayforce
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven approach
