Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Marketplace Member Liaison
HICS.
Key Responsibilities
Review, investigate, and resolve member inquiries regarding HICS in
accordance with internal guidelines and CMS standards
Write narratives to CMS and letters to members to explain findings
and resolutions
Evaluate member feedback and recommend workflows for policy or
process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of data management or data analytics experience
Experience within Marketplace, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, or
ACA/Commercial Insurance industry preferred
Member, provider, and customer service experience preferred
Experience with case work and using multiple systems is highly
preferred
