Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Supervisor for the
Universal Team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and workflow of the Universal Advisor
team
Analyze data to identify productivity concerns and drive enrollment
goals
Support and develop team members through coaching and performance
monitoring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
1+ years of supervisory or management experience strongly
preferred
Proven experience in consultative sales and managing high-volume
call metrics
2+ years of experience in phone-based admissions or supporting
families with complex enrollment requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service and call handling
procedures
