Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and optimize IT systems in collaboration with IT
staff
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware,
software, and security issues
Monitor system performance and implement measures to ensure
reliability and availability
Required Qualifications
High School diploma and 5 years of relevant experience
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust Government
Security Clearance
Experience in help desk or service desk roles, or equivalent IT
troubleshooting experience
Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Tier 2 and 3 support for various IT services
