Hartford, CT - PMHNP - To $162K + Benefits + Fed Loan Repay
-Hartford, CT Federally Qualified Health Center
-Integrative, Not for Profit Community Health Center
-New Grad welcome to apply, Spanish a +
-Join team of 2 PMHNP's, 2 P/T Psychiatrists + Primary care staff
of NP's/MD's + large ancillary staff
-See adults or adults/kids mix
-1 Hour/day lunch, 60 mins admin time/day + 30 min team huddle
daily
-See 10-14 patients/day -(30% no show rate) - Nextgen EMR
-60 Min evals, 15-30 min med mgmt at PMHNP discretion
-Work 8:30 - 5:30, Monday - Friday or optional 4(8's) schedule
-1 week per quarter of on-call by phone - very low volume of
calls
-Full Benefits, 25 Days PTO + 9 Holidays + 5 CME Days ($1500/yr) +
License
-$124K -$162K DOE + Benefits + HPSA score of 19 Fed Loan Repay
$50K/2 years
