verification required. Name on license must match name on I9.
RNs must have a Permanent CT RN License. RNs may be able to start
with a temporary license if their permanent license is pending.
Must be completed within 30 days of the start date.
Additional Details
- Clear copy of front and back of driver's license is required.
Passport is acceptable in lieu of driver's license.
