Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Executive to manage sales in the fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Lead and direct cross-functional teams through complex customer journeys
Train, mentor, and coach team members in sales-related activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or related fields
8+ years of solution/value selling experience
5+ years as a top-performing Enterprise Account Executive
2+ years of experience selling to large enterprise customers (Fortune 100)
Experience managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce
