Job Description:

A company is looking for a Chat Associate (Global) to support their marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via various channels and resolve inquiries efficiently
Investigate incidents and communicate resolutions empathetically to stakeholders
Develop initiatives to improve marketplace reliability and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

Proficient in English; English as a first language
Over 2 years of customer support experience, including telephonic support
Experience with Zendesk or any CRM for at least 2 years
Ability to handle ambiguous situations and demonstrate self-direction
Strong ethical integrity and decision-making abilities
