Job Description:
Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking married couples for the
role of Residential Youth Care Worker. In this position, couples
will live in on-campus student homes, providing guidance and
support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities
include creating a family-like environment, handling day-to-day
tasks, and leading students in daily devotions and to chapel
