• Graduate of an accredited School of Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
• Lymphedema certification is required
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut -Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with electronic medical charting
  • Previous lymphedema experience
  • 3-5 years' clinical experience
