Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Client Registration to
lead and manage office functions supporting patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee client registration staff and ensure timely and accurate
completion of registration and insurance verification
Coordinate candidate interviews and new hire onboarding
processes
Monitor performance measures and develop action plans for staff
improvement
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent experience (three additional years
in lieu of degree)
Five years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of reimbursement requirements and healthcare industry
trends
Experience with payroll processes, such as Kronos
