Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Seafood Order Writer to join our team at Whole Foods Market in Chelsea. As a Seafood Order Writer, you will be responsible for ordering and replenishing seafood products, maintaining inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities

• Replenish seafood products in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer demands.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Ensure all seafood products are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness and quality.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and promote seafood products.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve any stock discrepancies.
• Participate in visual merchandising to create an appealing seafood display.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role or in the seafood industry.
  • Knowledge of seafood products and their characteristics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
