As a key member of the service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless communication between guests, management, and the kitchen.Key Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of Enlightened Hospitality by creating a warm atmosphere for guests, recognizing VIPs and regulars, and cultivating new relationships.
• Provide accurate wait times and accommodate guests' needs, preferences, and dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with management and guest experience teams to optimize guest bookings and increase cover counts, balancing business needs with exceptional guest experiences.Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a guest-facing role within the restaurant industry.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
