Job Description:

Provide exceptional care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and emotional support.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical personnel.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.Requirements:
  • Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping as needed.
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
  • Adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
