Join Passerine's dynamic team in NYC as a Lead Host. We seek a charismatic individual with exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and oversee hosting staff.

Greet and seat guests warmly, manage reservations efficiently, and supervise hosting staff.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team, handle guest inquiries, and ensure the host area is clean and organized.Previous hosting or customer service experience is preferred, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
