A company is looking for an Associate Patient Care Coordinator to support patient care delivery in a remote setting.



Key Responsibilities

Support patient care delivery through scheduling, insurance verification, and support services
Ensure accurate provider scheduling and maintain expertise in various schedules and services
Connect patients to necessary services and manage follow-up communications effectively


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products
2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting or professional work environment
Ability to work specified hours, including evenings and weekends
Must be 18 years of age or older
