Job Description:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Home Health Aide with CareConnect, you'll be part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of those in need.Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes or concerns.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.Qualifications:
  • Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
  • Demonstrated literacy and arithmetic skills.
