Job Description:

A Ma--tre D is the warm, friendly face that immediately greets guests at the door, seats guests in a professional and prompt manner, and works closely with management. Essential skills include excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to think and act quickly and effectively, and self-composure. Key responsibilities include managing reservations, providing exceptional hospitality to VIPs and regulars, and handling high volume service with excellence. Additional requirements include proficiency in a reservation system, food and wine knowledge, and the ability to describe menu items. This role entails standing and walking during entire shifts.

• At least 2 years relevant experience in a reputable fine dining restaurant
  
• Proficiency in a reservation system, such as Open Table or Resy
  
• Professional and polished appearance
