Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Email Marketing Coordinator located in NY, NY. This position is a freelance, approx 1 month job opportunity.

Job Summary:

Position Overview:

The Email Coordinator is responsible for executing brand email marketing campaigns from beginning to end. This is a highly visible role as email touches the most senior members in the organization. This position is highly collaborative and requires working with cross-functional partners including members of Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Planning, Merchandising, and Creative teams.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

-Help manage the brand daily email process from start to finish.

-Help manage the store email communications

-Prepare creative briefs that include creative, copy, and featured merchandise direction for company/ brand emails.

-Route emails to cross-functional partners to solicit feedback and incorporate necessary changes into the creative.

-Deliver final approved creative assets to our 3rd party email vendor with instruction sheets describing campaign set-up and segmentation direction.

-QA the final test emails ensuring accuracy of creative, disclaimers and subject lines.

-Generate email reports on daily brand email campaigns.

-Execute test emails to optimize campaigns and overall program.
