Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Client Support
Representative to provide customer service support and relationship
management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to financial institutions by addressing escalated
or time-sensitive issues
Handle support lines for assistance and training related to
procedures and problem resolution
Resolve inbound and outbound service calls regarding Auto Pilot
products and manage complex inquiries
Required Qualifications
Some college preferred or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience in client support, customer service, or
related roles in a financial institution or call center
Working knowledge of personal computers, including MS Word and
Excel
Able to sit for long periods while executing computer
applications
Able to lift 10-20 lbs. of binders, paper, and/or files
