Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on Medicaid regulations and manage

Prepare, negotiate, and review complex contracts and legal

Represent the company in litigation and regulatory matters,
ensuring compliance with laws
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited law school
5+ years of experience in a related field
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or must obtain a license
within 1 year of employment
Background in Medicaid highly preferred
